It was such an awesome experience to have one of our own alumnae return to our campus to share a gift that she has found to be so useful in her own personal recovery. Watching Sophie prepare for the sound bath session was magical in and of itself. It was clear that she has an incredible amount of respect for practice and bowls as she unpack them and place them in their proper position. A true artist at work. I was a bit concerned that her session may prove to be frustrating for her as many of the women in our care have been struggling with being still and in the moment. As I watched from afar, I was so intrigued at how each of them were lying on their yoga mats completely encapsulated in the moment. It was a beautiful sight! The ladies later shared how at peace and calm they felt in that session and were excited to continue this practice in the future.We will certainly be requesting that Sophie return on a regular basis to share her gift with others!

New Directions for Women

The sound bath experience that we had was absolutely amazing. I hired Sophie to come out as part of a wellness activity for my workplace and it was absolutely outstanding. Her set up, energy, the whole experience- amazing! Everyone LOVED it! Sophie is such a gem and I highly recommend her for individuals and groups!

My friend and I had the pleasure of experiencing a sound bath with Sophie, by the sea. The combination was magical. Being out in the elements while Sophie's soothing voice transported us inward. The vibration of sound feels like an internal body massage working away all the aches and pains accumulated over time. Definitely grateful for the experience.

We had the privilege of having a private sound healing with Sophie this summer. She was able to provide an unique experience for us, that left us feeling safe and relaxed. Sophie was so attentive to each of us ensuring that we had the most beautiful time! We each came in with our own trauma, grief, struggles from the last year and Sophie cultivated the most sacred space for us. I can’t wait to attend her group sound sessions and arrange for future private sound sessions with family and friends. So much love to you Sophie, you have a gift!
